Join us for a nourishing Yoga Nidra experience. This hour is your permission to stop doing and simply be. Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep,” is a deeply restorative practice that invites the body to rest while the mind drifts into a state between wakefulness and dreaming.

It’s a place where tension softens, clarity begins to surface, and the deeper layers of yourself get a quiet chance to breathe.You don’t have to achieve or fix anything here. Just bring yourself - as you are - and allow this time to guide you home to stillness, one breath at a time.
