Essentials Somatic Yoga

Barre Sculpt
Join us for Barre Sculpt, a dynamic class that blends classic barre techniques with focused, strength-building movements. This class will help you tone and strengthen your entire body, enhance flexibility, and improve balance. Suitable for all levels, Barre Sculpt offers a full-body workout that will leave you feeling strong and rejuvenated.
Strength & Sculpt
A blend of high energy, low impact movements designed to improve stability, mobility and strength. Concepts of barre, contemporary mat pilates, body weight strength holds and some juicy and slow yoga flows for a fun full body workout. Leave feeling invigorated and confident. Set to an infectious playlist, this class is open to all ages, all bodies, all levels. Prepare to feel some burn!
Mat Pilates
The mind body method to improve core strength, balance, and alignment. Mat Pilates uses intentional, low-impact movements to build stability, improve posture, and support functional strength for everyday life. Accessible for all levels, this class is designed to leave you feeling strong on and off the mat.
Rise & Align: Morning Mobility + Myofascial Flow
Start your day with gentle movement and guided fascial release using Tune Up balls. This energizing class focuses on increasing mobility, releasing tension, and promoting circulation to set a calm, refreshed tone for the day ahead. Perfect for all levels.
Power Flow
A deep and fast moving flow targeting the whole body. Expect to create some fire with strength moves using body weight, hand weights and straps. A playlist with a beat and lots of dynamic movement will leave you feeling invigorated.
Community Yoga Class
A fun & flowy all-levels practice curated to an upbeat playlist. The Goal: To instill high vibes into your weekend.
Candlelight Restore
A calming practice that invites relaxation into your life. Intentionally shift your nervous system towards rest through guided breath and longer-held poses. You will leave the studio feeling lighter and at peace. Ready to ease through the remainder of your week with grace.
Yoga Nidra ~ Pop Up Class
Rest for the Body, Space for the Soul
This hour is your permission to stop doing and simply be. Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep,” is a deeply restorative practice that invites the body to rest while the mind drifts into a state between wakefulness and dreaming. It’s a place where tension softens, clarity begins to surface, and the deeper layers of yourself get a quiet chance to breathe.
You don’t have to achieve or fix anything here. Just bring yourself - as you are - and allow this time to guide you home to stillness, one breath at a time.
Mom & Baby and Pre-Natal Yoga
A feel-good class designed just for expecting and new moms (up to 1 year postpartum)! This session blends pelvic floor and core strengthening, functional movement, gentle stretches, and mindful breathwork to help you feel strong, grounded, and spacious in your body.
